A caller identified only as Tim, who has been working at Southmead Industrial Estate at 4:00PM today, told BBC Radio Oxford he saw a "huge plume of dust" come from the power station site. "There was obviously a huge noise and I caught it collapsing as I looked out of your window. People were definitely shocked and couldn't know whether or not to make contact with work. When I a closer look it was obviously a twisted mass of metal."
